COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Announcement

ELP is making CHANGES to ensure the safety of our patients!

• ELP and AAP are encouraging parents to make and/or keep WELL CHECK appointments.
• For both offices we have returned to using our WELL Waiting Room and SICK Waiting room.
• Nurses will greet you at the waiting room and take you to the exam room.
• All patients are asked to stay in their car. Parking spaces have a phone number to text when you arrive.
• Check-in is performed over the phone and once completed you will be asked to enter either WELL or SICK waiting rooms.
• Masks are still required.
• Copays and balance due will be collected during check in.
