A Letter From Cecilia Finch, APRN

For the past 15 years, it has been my privilege to care for your children whom you entrusted to us at East Louisville Pediatrics. I have had the opportunity to help and provide assistance during both well and sick visits, and through many phone calls. Working as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for the past 30 years has been my life goal since I was 22 years old. I have been blessed to work with dedicated physicians along with hardworking and trustworthy nursing and support staff at East Louisville Pediatrics over the years.

However, I have come to the point in my life, where it is time to retire, and make room for another nurse practitioner. I plan on moving out of state to live near my family and enjoy my grandchildren. I am looking forward to the adventure of this next chapter and being an active part of their lives!

I have so enjoyed caring for your children as they have grown. Thank you so much for the opportunity to serve you and your children in this capacity. I wish each and all of you and your children all the best!
