It is our office policy not to call out antibiotics over the phone. This is the best approach for the optimal health of your child and not meant to inconvenience you. Excessive use of antibiotics for routine viral infections is inappropriate and leads to increased antibiotic resistance and unnecessary side effects to your child. If your child needs a refill of any other medication, please have your pharmacy fax a request.
